New Managing Director for Pitt Capital Partners

Chris has been a member of the Takeovers Panel of Australia since 2001. This is the body which regulates disputes and takeovers in Australia. Chris has over seventeen years experience in investment banking in which he has provided a range of advisory services to a wide cross section of clients, including advising on numerous public company takeovers, corporate reconstructions and the preparation of valuations and independent expert’s reports. Prior to joining Pitt Capital Partners, Chris was a Partner at KPMG, holding the position of Director of Corporate Finance and Head of ICE, Mergers & Acquisitions, Australia. Before that, he was the National Head of Mergers and Acquisitions of Deloitte and Associates.
